Hi again and welcome to another Rose Blossom Blog Hop. If you arrived here from Morgan’s blog, you are headed in the right direction, and I’m sure you’ve been impressed.
As you can tell from the title, we are featuring new items from the Seasonal Expressions catalog that was released this month, and boy are you in for a treat! When I saw the catalog for the first time, I was truly giddy with delight.
Those of you that scrap with me know that I’m currently working on the scrapbook of our trip to Alaska last summer. We took over 3000 pictures in the course of 16 days. I have whittled them down to 925 for the scrapbook, so it is taking me more than a little while to complete. Throughout the trip my husband consistently took me off the beaten path – it truly was an epic adventure, and every moment of it will be documented in this scrapbook (and future blogs). But I was thinking a little while back, that even in the course of our daily lives, he often takes me off the beaten path (that’s one of the many things that I love about him). I decided that a My Crush Book would be the perfect way to document the non-epic adventures of our life together, and being the outdoorsy type of guy that he is, the Wildwood My Crush Book would be the perfect book for us. Then the Seasonal Expressions catalog came out and in it was Jackson paper and Picture My Life cards (which happen to coordinate perfectly with the Wildwood book), and I was overjoyed.
There are so many uses for these cards, and it made is so easy to put the book together. Really, I can’t emphasize how EASY this was and how quickly I completed this project. These are just a few pictures of the 30 pages that come in the book. All I used was cardstock, the Wildwood accessories, and the Jackson PML cards.
I hoped you enjoyed this brief look at the My Crush book, and now you’re off to Brenda’s fabulous blog — I know you will enjoy it!
